He has been able to ‘steal a march’ on other occupiers by delivering us the very best option in our search area and negotiating significant rent-free savings and lease flexibility. He has communicated with us at all stages and his recommendations on rental levels and timescales for this process have proved spot on.
Patrick worked alongside me for over 14 years on our various lease exits and office moves across Central London and most recently Forrester’s relocation to 61 Aldwych. Patrick reported into the US head office with property options, financials, and lease negotiations.
