Patrick has nearly 30 years’ experience of advising landlords and occupier clients across Central London, including three years in Sydney, Australia advising major occupier clients.

Working with companies to identify their operational, HR and financial objectives, which involves creating exit strategies for their current leases, negotiating lease terms for their new properties and mapping out their relocation timelines.
Patrick acts for a wide range of business sectors including private equity, financial, management consultants, accountants, architects, real estate, universities, advisory bodies, mining, energy, fashion, film, media and retailers.
As well as his recent track record, he’s advised stellar clients such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple, Rightmove, Apax Partners, and Oaktree Capital Management.
Away from advising clients, you’ll see him wandering around Portobello market where he grew up, visiting galleries, running 10ks, watching Arsenal or organising football every Thursday night, as well as a passion for all things London. There isn’t much he doesn’t know about London… test him!
